Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities provided by this venue made our stay comfortable and convenient. the staff was attentive, prompt and always ready to help. We enjoyed the in, room breakfast, which was delicious and fresh. the Buffet breakfast had a lot of options and we never had to wait for check, in or check, out.
The only minor issue we found while staying at this hotel was that there was no Jacuzzi or leisure/TV room, which we were expecting. the rest of the amenities more than made up for it.

The hotel had a fantastic location, being just a short walk away from all the major museums and attractions of the city centre. Despite its central location, the room was quiet and peaceful. The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff. The breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from and was of high quality.
The elevators sometimes took a while to arrive, causing minor inconvenience.

I had an excellent stay at a hotel located in the heart of this city. The hotel provided amazing facilities, including a large and quality breakfast with gluten-free options. The staff was very helpful and cute from the time of my arrival, giving me advice on the best places to visit in this city while being very understandable about my queries. the hotel is centrally located near the shopping district, across the street from the Prado Museum, and within walking distance to the city center.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable, right next to all the major museums and landmarks. I loved how easily accessible everything was from the hotel.
I had a minor issue with my room, but the staff quickly took care of it and offered me a free upgrade, very thoughtful. The new room was spacious and well-decorated.
